Ms. Hallquist is President and CEO of DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), a leading DNA testing company based in Fairfield, Ohio which offers DNA testing services such as paternity, immigration, ancestry, veterinary, and forensics through multiple channels including direct to consumer, retail, distributors and government bodies. Prior DDC, she was President of Healthy Directions, a Helen of Troy company (NASDAQ: HELE).

She joined Healthy Directions, LLC in 2010 as Executive Vice President, Merchandising and New Product Development, and in 2012 she became President and CEO. Previously, she served as President, New Business Ventures, for Orchard Brands, a $1 billion catalog holding company. In 2007, Orchard Brands acquired the company that Ms. Hallquist founded in 2000, Gold Violin, a multi-channel retailer offering helpful products for independent living. Prior to Gold Violin, Ms. Hallquist held the position of Managing Director at Prophet, a brand strategy consulting firm, where she oversaw the firm’s flagship clients including Williams-Sonoma, Audi, UBS, and Levi Strauss & Co. Ms. Hallquist started her marketing career in brand management at Kraft Foods. She received a BA in French Language & Literature from the University of Virginia and an MBA degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Lori Marcus is an independent board director and the founder of Courtyard Connections – an advisory firm focused on Marketing and Leadership in the consumer goods, retail, foodservice, and consumer electronics industries. Most recently, Lori was Chief Global Brand and Product Officer at Keurig Green Mountain.

With more than 30 years of broad-based marketing and general management experience, Lori was responsible for global brand and product management for the Keurig system of innovative coffee brewers and beverages. She also drove the development of the groundbreaking cold beverage system, Keurig KoldT, partnering with world-class companies like The Coca-Cola Company & Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. During her tenure at Keurig Green Mountain, she also led the company’s global marketing efforts and all aspects of e-commerce, digital/social media, marketing insights, and graphic design.

Previously, Lori was the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer of The Children’s Place Retail Stores. Prior to that, she spent 24 years with PepsiCo in marketing positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in her appointment as Senior Vice President, Marketing Activation for PepsiCo Beverages, North America. Her previous PepsiCo experience included responsibility for global strategic initiatives, product innovation, customer marketing, brand marketing, and strategy in their beverage and foodservice divisions.

She earned her BS degree in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Marcus currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board for DDC, DNA Diagnostics Center. She is also the Vice-Chairman of the Board for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF). Additionally, she serves on the CMO advisory board for VentureBeat and is a board advisor to Carrington Farms.

Mike has 28 years of operating and management experience, most recently at Quintiles as an Executive Vice President. In this role, Mike was responsible for Quintiles’ global operations in Health Engagement and Communications, Legal and Risk Management, Real Estate and Facilities, Human Resources as well as Security. He was also the Chairman of the company’s European, Middle East, Africa and Latin American management board, in which he was accountable for the organic and inorganic growth strategies of the regions.

Mike sits on the boards of HUYA Bioscience International and the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University.

Peter Vitulli, former President and Chief Executive Officer of DDC retired in March 2016. He has 35 years experience within the consumer products and healthcare industries in both large corporation and entrepreneurial companies. Prior to DDC, he served as the President and CEO of Sciona, Inc., a pioneering Personal Genetics company that provided customized health and wellness solutions. Before Sciona, he was the President and CEO of Amerifit Nutrition, Inc., a nutritional supplement company focused on women’s health.

He spent the first 16 years of his career at the Quaker Oats Company, most recently as President of the North American Gatorade Business, one of the premier functional food products in the world. During his tenure at Quaker, he worked in several divisions including a two-year tenure in Quaker’s United Kingdom subsidiary. Peter received his Bachelor’s Degree from Holy Cross College and an MBA from New York University. He currently serves on the Boards of DDC and Woodbury Health Products.
