Mark Braganza, MD

Mark is an experienced healthcare investor with 17 years of healthcare experience and a foundation of medical training, strategic management consulting, and operational roles in the pharmaceutical industry. For seven years he was part of the core healthcare investment team at TPG, initially in San Francisco and subsequently London, where he gained experience with healthcare transactions across growth, novel products / business models, LBO, and structured finance solutions.

Mr. Cramer has over 30 years’ experience in corporate leadership, commercialization, sales, and marketing-management with global medical-device and diagnostic companies. Presently, Scott serves as President and CEO of DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), a leading global DNA-testing company based in Fairfield, Ohio, which offers testing services such as paternity, immigration, ancestry, veterinary, and forensics through multiple channels including direct-to-consumer, retail, distributors, and government bodies.

He previously served as President and CEO of Accriva Diagnostics, a global diagnostics company specializing in the coagulation market, which was acquired by Werfen in January 2017. Prior to Accriva, Mr. Cramer served as President and CEO of Novasys Medical, a company in the female incontinence space, which was acquired by Roper Industries in December 2012; he also served as President and CEO of Bacchus Vascular, Inc., a vascular disease treatment company, which was acquired by Covidien plc in March 2009. Scott was Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales and Account Services for VNUS Medical Technologies, which was also acquired by Covidien plc. Prior to VNUS Medical, Scott had an extensive sales leadership career serving as Vice President U.S. Sales at EndoSonics Corporation, which later became Volcano Corporation, National Sales Manager at Cardiometrics, Inc., a medical device company which was acquired by Endosonics Corporation, and several positions at Baxter Healthcare Corporation’s cardiovascular division.

Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors of DNA Diagnostics Center, Veran Medical, and is Chairman of Biocoat, Inc. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Accriva Diagnostics, NeuWave Medical (Chairman), Vascular Insights, Venous Health, AccuVein, Bacchus Vascular and Novasys Medical. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the Philadelphia University.

Edward is an experienced private equity executive with 25 years of financial and principal investing experience. He has spent the last ten years focused on growth investments in the European mid-market, firstly with Carrycastle, an advisory and investment firm partnering with private family enterprise, and latterly as a Partner with G Square, a private equity firm dedicated to the European healthcare sector.

Prior to that, he was Regional Head of the UK and Northern European private equity business for Goldman Sachs’ Principal Investments Area, where he was responsible for over $1bn of investment in five portfolio companies in Europe and North America. Edward began his career with IBM in engineering and corporate development, working then with technologies that are prevalent in the healthcare industry today. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.

With more than 30 years of broad-based marketing and general management experience, Lori was responsible for global brand and product management for the Keurig system of innovative coffee brewers and beverages. She also drove the development of the groundbreaking cold beverage system, Keurig KoldT, partnering with world-class companies like The Coca-Cola Company & Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. During her tenure at Keurig Green Mountain, she also led the company’s global marketing efforts and all aspects of e-commerce, digital/social media, marketing insights, and graphic design.

Previously, Lori was the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer of The Children’s Place Retail Stores. Prior to that, she spent 24 years with PepsiCo in marketing positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in her appointment as Senior Vice President, Marketing Activation for PepsiCo Beverages, North America. Her previous PepsiCo experience included responsibility for global strategic initiatives, product innovation, customer marketing, brand marketing, and strategy in their beverage and foodservice divisions.

She earned her BS degree in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Marcus currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board for DDC, DNA Diagnostics Center. She is also the Vice-Chairman of the Board for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF). Additionally, she serves on the CMO advisory board for VentureBeat and is a board advisor to Carrington Farms.
