People are always fascinated by paternity tests—so here’s a quick look at our picks for the Top 3 Celebrity Paternity Cases of 2018.

1. Kylie Jenner, Tyga, and Baby Stormi

Did all this fuss really happen way back in April? Yes—Kylie Jenner’s Stormi is already seven months old, but the paternity dispute blew up shortly following the baby girl’s birth.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, there was some overlap around conception time with Kylie dating both hip-hop recording artist Tyga and rapper/singer/song writer Travis Scott. This resulted in Tyga’s claims to fatherhood during the pregnancy and then his demand for a paternity test once little Stormi was born.
HOW IT TURNED OUT: Although it cannot be confirmed definitively, it’s been reported that a test was performed and that Tyga is not the father of Kylie’s baby.

2. Drake, Sophie, and Baby Adonis

On October 11, 2017, French artist and former adult-film star Sophie Brussaux gave birth to a boy she named Adonis. She claimed the child’s father is former child-actor and superstar rapper, Drake.
When she was just three-and-a-half-months pregnant, she already made legal moves to prove paternity and seek child support, according to celebrity news site TMZ.
HOW IT TURNED OUT: Drake denied Brussaux’s claims for months, but lyrics from his song “March 14,”released in late June of 2018 suggested he has accepted (or learned from a DNA test) that he is the biological father of Adonis.

Owen Wilson, Varunie, and Baby Girl

Varunie Vongsvirates is a business-development representative for an addiction-treatment company in Los Angeles. According to several celebrity websites, including Hollywood Life, Vongsvirates has reportedly been actor Owen Wilson’s secret girlfriend for a long time; it has to be for at least nine months since she’s due to give birth to a baby girl at any moment!
According to The Sun, a source close to Wilson says, “Of course if a paternity test establishes that he is the father of another child, he will fulfill all of his obligations to support his child.”
HOW IT TURNED OUT: Wilson reportedly participated in a prenatal paternity test sometime this summer, but results haven’t been absolutely confirmed. Keep an eye on celebrity news for the latest!

The Bottom Line

A DNA paternity test is the fastest, most affordable, and most scientifically-sound method for determining whether or not a man shares a biological relationship with a child or not. Best of all, you don’t have to be a celebrity to take advantage of DNA science.
