DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), one of the world’s largest providers of DNA tests, announced today that DDC has launched DDC DIRECT CONNECT, a new interactive website for its government contracted customers. To view the site, please http://contracts.dnacenter.com/. DDC Direct Connect was designed for the user to provide an easy, efficient way to access and request information.
Kathy Leis, Vice President of Operations at DDC, proudly states, “This launch is timely with DDC’s explosive growth in the Government Contracts business. We are pleased to unveil a new and improved website portal to better serve our thousands of government contract customers. This new tool will enhance the ability to retrieve case information in an expeditious and streamlined manner.”
DDC Direct Connect replaced the current CaseTrac Plus system, and will allow the authorized user (who will be provided a unique user name and password), access to view case status, review and print results once testing is complete. The user will also be able to submit scheduling requests, authorize testing for previously tested samples (as authorized by the agency), and order specimen collection supplies with one log in action.
Peter Vitulli, President and CEO of DDC reiterates that “this website launch is extremely important due to the accelerated growth DDC has seen in our Government Contracts business. Kathy Leis and her team of experts spearheaded the creation of this new user friendly website and have also driven the growth of new government contracts.” Vitulli further notes, “As DDC continues to expand, now is the time for DDC Direct Connect!”
